Southern Regional Conference: Outreach To Teach
During this years Southern Region Conference, attendees were able to participate in an initiative called "Outreach to Teach". For this years "Outreach to Teach", chapters of SPSEA collected school supplies during general meetings throughout the fall and spring semesters. Millersville's Chapter of SPSEA collected school supplies for this initiative. At the conference these school supplies were packed into backpacks and donated to the Shippensburg Area School District for students in need.

Read-A-Thon
School District of Lancaster's Hamilton Elementary is participating in Read-a-Thon. Our organization will be reading with kindergarten and first grade students throughout the day. We are working with the school to get students excited about reading.
